Payments made to B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd.

• We provide to all our esteemed clients all relevant information and charges regarding the recruitment process that would be incurred for immigration services to different countries. By practicing transparency, we exhibit our commitment to best practices both in our approach of work and requirements.
• When a client makes a payment to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd., it will be clients right to demand a receipt for the same. BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. issues receipts for all payments made to the company. Accounts department will issue the receipts of payments made to the company. • Every client registering with B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. for internship programme or immigration purpose must pay a nominal fee of Rupees 11,800/ for Pre-registration fees (Including GST). This registration fee is Non-refundable.
• Clients for study abroad programmes must pay a registration fee of Rs 10,000/- (including GST) for Pre- registration at B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. This amount is non-refundable. Candidates will be solely responsible to pay this registration fee and cannot question later about the sanctity of the registration fee under any circumstances. B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. follows a zero-tolerance policy towards such unprofessional behaviours and will not entertain such behaviour in any given circumstances.
• Clients for Hospitality Education + Internship programmes must pay a registration fee of Rs 25,000/- (including GST) for Registration fees at B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. This amount is non-refundable. Candidates will be solely responsible to pay this registration fee and cannot question later about the sanctity of the registration fee under any circumstances. B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. follows a zero-tolerance policy towards such unprofessional behaviours and will not entertain such behaviour in any given circumstances.
• We believe in doing our work in an organized and systematic manner. Accounts department will send you an acknowledgement receipt as soon as they receive the payment. If you are facing problems in getting a proper receipt for the payments made, please mail us immediately atagreement.india@bsbinternational.org.uk.We will get back to you within 24 hours.
• We have clear, gracious and respectful communication and interactions, with our customers. Our employees exhibit professionalism in all of our day-to-day interactions.
• BSB International Career Pvt Ltd belives in maintaining transparency specially when it comes to payments...If you notice suspicious activity from our staffs involving additional payments please report it immediately to the management for subsequent action against employee. There will no surprise expenses along the way.
• It should be kept in mind that BSB International Career Pvt Ltd will be in no way responsible or liable, if a client enters into any kind of payment related agreement (both verbal or written) with a company employee. We like to be transparent when it comes to payments, and we understand our clients deserve to get value for their money.

Education Abroad

• B.S. B International Career Pvt. Ltd. strongly believes and abides to ethical business practices which is the core value of our organization. If you are heading off to study abroad on a student visa through B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. we cannot guarantee you employment in the Host Country after completion of the studies.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. firmly believes in providing each and every client with an efficient and flawless service and treats them with the greatest of respect. Incase if you are misinformed or misguided or misloaded by any B.S.B employee about a possible job offer after completion of the course we strongly recommend to you to report the matter to the concerned management along with the details. We will deal with all disputes fairly & honestly.
• Specific countries Immigration norms allows students to work on a part time basis and provides an opportunity to supplement one's income while few other countries don’t allow interns to take up part time employment. It will be the sole responsibility of the client before registration at B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. to thoroughly understand the rules and regulations of the host country clearly authorizing part time employment or not. Clients cannot question BSB employees after registration.
• According to Immigration norms of countries like Singapore, China, Dubai, Bahrain, Malaysia and many more don’t allow foreign students to work on a part time basis are quite stringent with the immigration norms. Students undertaking part time employment in such countries will be solely responsible in case of any problem or legal issues.  B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. and the college/University authorities will not be responsible under any given circumstances for such illegal acts.
• Please note (If Study abroad includes Internships, you will get the necessary information from the Host Country College/University.)

Companies Responsibility

• We believe in giving accurate information to our clients and are quite well-versed with our client’s We have all the skills to deliver work successfully.
• We do not give or sell information to third party vendors. Each of our staff members has signed an agreement which prohibits them from sharing information about our esteemed clients to anyone. We strictly maintain confidentiality.
• We at B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd never encourage our clients to opt for vendors, referred by BSB employees. It’s the client’s sole responsibility to make careful considerations prior to entering into any agreement with vendors referred by B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd employee.
• We will not take responsibility for any vendors, referred by a B.S.B International Career Pvt. employee.

Fraudulent Documentation

• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. is committed in ensuring the integrity of the relevant supporting documents including academic credentials of clients and opposes any activity that results in the creation of fraudulent documents or false representation of studies.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not take responsibility or be liable for information submitted by clients, which is not accurate or is incorrect and will not be a liable for fraudulent documentation or information submitted.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. believes document fraud can involve either false or altered documents, related to passports and travel documents, visas, academic credentials, certificates of birth, marriage, police certificates.
• If B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. founds out that client has submitted fake documents as part of the application, company will not refund any amount of money to the client under any circumstances.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. has fraud prevention mechanism in place. Prevention and detection helps in identifying the forgery and our employees never ever provide clients with any fraudulent documentation.
• It should be kept in mind that client will be solely responsible for their own personal documentation work required for making applications. Documents submitted will be thoroughly reviewed by the Countries Immigration department. Usually immigration departments have their own methods of verifying fake and genuine documents
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. never encourages employees into activities that involve fraud such as preparing fraudulent document on behalf of the client.If any employee is found guilty will be subject to strict disciplinary action by the company.

• Client’s satisfaction is always our top priority - as such, we believe in handling each query to the best of our ability. We follow a strict refund and cancellation policy and all our refunds are subjected to our refund policy laid down in the service agreement.
• If a client is not happy with our service or/ is dissatisfied with our service, or/if any of our services have disappointed them, we would like to hear from them at our email id i.e. quality.control@bsbinternational.org.uk. Clients views regarding our services are very important and precious to us and help us in maintaining service standards.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

REGARDING PAYMENTS

• Clients can request a refund for their payments. The process for refund depends on individual cases and individuals have to submit their request.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will make sure that clients are eligible for a refund and connect with the customer accordingly. The company will take 60 working days to process such a request of refund.
• The client has to accept that registrations with us will be initiated only after the client understands and reads the service agreement properly. The client cannot claim later, that they have not read or understood the service agreement.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will conduct a thorough investigation and assessment and on request will initiate the process of refund provided it falls under the acceptable terms and conditions of the Company and the service agreement.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not refund fees if a candidate abandons or decides to drop out for any reason, after registration or opts for immigration to a different country.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible in any situation to pay refund to clients if clients fail to pay the full payments regarding the programme. Refunds are calculated, and disbursed provided customer has paid the entire programme costs.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will only consider an individual application and calculate the service charges accordingly for that application as mentioned during registration. This will not be applicable for candidates wishing to opt out from the service and willing to pass it on to extended family members or children at the client’s discretion.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. fees are subject to government taxes, which are additional to the fees and are non-refundable. All necessary payment has to be made at “B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd.” If any candidate chooses to make payments other than B.S.B’s account, the company will not be responsible or liable in this situation.We have experiences in where candidates have fake calls from people representing themselves as B.S.B officials.
• B.S.B International strongly recommends candidates planning to register with BSB International to correspondence through the official mail of the company and to read the B.S.B Service Agreement. Our all official Email Id.’s will have at last @bsbinternational.org.uk id. In case if a client receives fake emails representing themselves as BSB International officials, that will be client’s sole responsibility and our company B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not take responsibility or liability under such circumstances.
• BSB International strictly follows the norms of refund policy as mentioned in the agreement and the procedures prescribed or governed by Indian Laws under the Jurisdiction of Kolkata, State of West Bengal.
• We treat each application with great degree of seriousness and work hard to ensure that the application is successful. The candidate must take an undertaking that in case of payment through credit card and net banking, they will notify bank that all transaction made to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. are genuine.
• As far as misuse and card loss cases are concerned the prospective candidate will cooperate and extend their helping hands to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. in case if a situation arises where the company is compelled to bring the issue before bank officials
• Clients must give an undertaking that they have thoroughly gone through all the provisions in service agreements and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions by signing/acknowledging this agreement. Service level agreement will highlight that clients are obliged by lawto adhere to the service agreement, enforced by law.
• The client must give an undertaking, that they have agreed that the company service/product/visa etc. and the decision to avail any particular service will be client’s sole decision and cannot be at any time assumed to be a company forced decision.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will completely educate clients about the company services and future opportunities, without pressurising them or forcing them to avail the services.
• BSB International Pvt. Ltd. gives straightforward, genuine advice to All kinds of fees at BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd are quoted in USA dollar. Clients will be responsible for paying fees and applicable taxes associated with company’s services using accepted payment methods.
• Clients must inform BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. whether they are willing or keen to use any additional services and avail them like (Embassy/Consulate/Language test centres, health check up centres, etc.) If clients are willing to make additional payments for such services to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd., as duly arranged and decided under the Service Agreement that will be separately dealt with the client.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. is information driven company providing quality service to customer. Any online payment should not include fees related to Embassy/Consulate/Language test conducting centres, health check conducting centres, etc. and in each situation, the fee will not refunded.
• Clients must give an undertaking that after signing and acknowledging the service agreement for availing company services, the client cannot withdraw at any point due to changed personal circumstance. Clients must realize that company cannot consider or entertain any form of settlement, as it is a business with heavy investment specially when it is initiating the process and is unacceptable to entertain such settlements.
• Charges of BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. Only will include the service charges of the company and government related fees 

REGARDING REMUNERATION

1. Experience strongly influences salary for all kind of Internship opportunities. B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. offers candidates basic remuneration package as per agreement. Tips & incentive completely depends on the discretion of the Host Company.
2. B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. continuously strives to enhance ways in order to provide the best immigration advice that candidates will have every right to clarify each & everything during their interview with the Host Company.
3. In cases for example if B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. service agreement mentions about the remuneration of the candidate to be 200$-350$ US Dollars for a month and the said candidate gets an Internship offer accordingly for 200$ or 250$ or 300$ US Dollars and refuses to accept the Internship offer no claims for refund will be entertained. B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. will give due consideration provided a candidate gets an Internship offer with a remuneration of 180$ USD which is quite below the salary standards as mentioned in the agreement. In such a situation candidate have full right to refuse the Internship offer.

OVERSEAS EDUCATION.

• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. ensures clarity in their system of work and functioning and makes every effort to help esteemed clients in understanding the system.Service provided by B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. is limited only to the extent of assisting and guiding students with admissions in leading University and colleges.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible in case University/college denies admission to a candidate. Admission of prospective student in leading University and College are based considering the eligibility criteria’s, availability of seats and discretion of the University/collegewhich are strictly governed by University/college rules and regulation.
• B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible in case the Visa is rejected and no claim of any nature will be entertained. In case of VISA rejection, students will be entitled to get refund on their course fees from the University and college, and BSB will provide end-to-end support to the student to ensure that.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agreements with customers and our terms are based on trust, nothing is hidden, and everything is spelled out clearly before registration. Candidates should understand and agree that skills assessment of candidates and final decision regarding Visa rests with the Immigration department, and BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. has no control on the final outcome of the application and can only assist and advice people applying for visa to the selected country.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will refund the applicable amount as per the service agreement and will return the amount within a period of 60 working days (from the date of getting refund form) if the visa is rejected by the Immigration Authorities.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. is ISO being a leading ISO 9001: 2015 certified Immigration consultancies and is insured to provide consulting services related to immigration services.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible to refund any amount to a candidate if a candidate fails to provide the requisite documentation required by the Host company/ Visa Sponsor/Immigration Department.
• Candidate can claim refund, provided they present a duplicate copy of the rejection letter, along with the refund claim form, and provide a copy of the payment receipt made to the BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. received during the process. If somehow visa is rejected, clients have to submit their original Documents within 3 working days from the date of rejection for claiming refunds. BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. follows a zero-tolerance policy regarding this matter.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to provide any refund especially fees that includes the processing fees of Visa application, government fees related to embassy, high commission, immigration fees, in case of Visa rejection which is non-refundable and is not included in the service charges.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to provide any refund to a candidate regarding the Pre-registration fees, for starting the process, which is considered the administration charge for services, rendered by BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. and does not include any application fees.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. is not a part of any government agency /organization or embassy. It is a Private Limited company and do not have the authority to grant Visa of any kind. BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. only assists and advises people willing to migrate to distant country. Final decision about respective visa applications rests with the relevant government departments and Immigration department of the host country.
• BSB International Career Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for pay any refund to the client if the visa application is rejected on the following Grounds. The company on the other hand can withdraw or terminate the agreement:
• If clients fail to meet the eligibility criteria of Visa consulate
• If clients fail to attend the visa interview.
• If clients fail to give a Police Clearance Certificate which is not less than 3 months old.
• If the candidate submits fraudulent documentation related to academic credentials, references and others.
• If the candidate has previously violated immigration or visa law.
• If the candidate submits, any required additional documents lately as requested by the Consulate.
• If a candidate fails to score in IELTS/ JLPT/ GRE/SAT as per the requirements.
• If a candidate withdraws their candidature/application for personal reason within 6 months from the date of registration.
• If a candidate keeps no communication with BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. for a period of 1 month and does not respond to the mails and calls made by the company for more than 2 working days.
• If a candidate tries to malign name of the company in whatsoever manner, which tampers the functioning of the business or reputation.
• If a candidate fails to submit supporting documents with their Visa application.
• If a candidate fails to show in their application sufficient funds to cover, their living expenses for maintenance in abroad either by them or by or his/her family members. 

COURIER SERVICES

BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. advises and guides a client with the best immigration options available and completes the process within best possible time. BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible to refund any amount in case if theres any problem or matters arising due to the Courier Services.

ACCOMODATION AND FOOD

Accomodation and food arrangements for candidates availing the programmes in different host country depends entirely on the discretion of the host company. BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for providing candidates accommodation and food for the period of their placement under any circumstances in the host country.

DURING INTERNSHIP AT HOST COUNTRY

• BSB International will not be responsible by any means for refund arising due to some unforeseen circumstances at Host Country.If government decides to withdraw the registration of the sponsor and asks to shut down the Host Company during the course of the internship, BSB International will not be responsible under any circumstances in such a situation. Clients will not be able to claim refund of their money.
• Candidates must follow the instructions of the employer and sponsor respectively and assist seniors in order to make the best impression, which will boost their work efficiency while improving the guest experience. If clients fail to perform or deliver work as per employer’s requirements and if employer decides to not continue with the client anymore, B.S.B International Career Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible under any circumstances for such issues.
• The candidate must undertake that they will arrange their finances as desired by the concerned immigration authorities and failure to show funds will not make BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. liable for any refund of the service charges.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. takes approximately 10 days, to complete the formalities of documentation work (including arranging papers, visa forms, for clients before submitting it to the appropriate immigration authority. The client’s failure to provide the documents to the Company on time will prohibit a client from claiming refund for the advisory/consulting fee provided to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd.
• Customers must give an undertaking that they will inform BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. regarding each correspondence they receive in writing or over phone for processing the visa within a week of receiving such message.
• The customer shall notify BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. of each and every communication–both via writing and via phone-which is involving visa bureau within a week of such a contact. This includes personal visits to the visa office, or any inquiry made via phone. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in cancellation of the refund amount.
• The customer must give an undertaking that they will attend the Visa interview, as and when it has required and asked by the respected visa processing agency, at their own cost, and strictly follow the regulations laid down by the concerned Immigration Department. Failure to comply with the regulations will lead to cancellation of refunds.
• According to country immigration norms, in few countries, it is mandatory for clients (in case if they are married) to show their marriage certificate and accordingly spouse is considered as a dependent. The spouse or the dependent might have to appear for an IELTS/French test (for host country if it has required) and must secure a minimum score to be considered for application.
• For few host countries, the clients must give an undertaking that they understand that the application will not be presented without the IELTS/ JLPT/ GRE/SAT points of the marital partner. The Exam Test reports together with the associated reports, is necessary for the documentation process to start off with.
• Customer must agree that only candidates will be sole responsible for the mode for payment of application fee.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will be in no way responsible to give refund provided a candidate fails to provide the required documents to concerned authorities for assessment and this will be considered as an independent failure and not a valid reason to claim a refund.
• The client will offer every needed information and papers, such as the English translations, in an agreed form as sought by BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. as per requirement from the host companies and consulates.
• It is understood that submission of an application for immigration is never generic, routine and/or time bound. The concerned immigration department may call for additional documents, as per the changing requirements of the immigration process, and may request for additional documents from the client for assessment. Any request for refund will not be entertained if the candidate fails to submit the additional documents.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will refund as per the agreement the service fee in case there is a changing political situation in the country leading to change of the immigration law. This will be applicable provided a candidate becomes disqualified for making application after signing the agreement and have paid the entire amount in the changing scenario.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will refund the amount within 90 working days, after the client submits refund Claim Form to the company, along with invoice of the payment made to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. It is an important criterion for claiming refunds.
• Candidates cannot claim a refund if changing immigration laws disqualifies a candidate from carrying on with the application provided they have availed the instalment payment option for registrating with BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd.
• Clients should keep informed BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd about any changes including address change, changes in academic credentials, or change in matrimonial status etc.
• The client shall loyally reveal before BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd., each and every detail with an open mind about any loss they have incurred before.
• The client clearly accepts that he has been notified of the usual waiting durations and average processing time for an application and further that such waiting durations/usual processing time solely will depend on the convenience of visa office/appraisal body. The clients will not make any claims for refund, for charges made to Visa office especially on the grounds of Visa processing time.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and privacy of the client’s information. Employees go out of their way to protect client’s information against misuse.
• The company will share client’s information with external agencies responsibly and as permissible under law. BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. greatly values confidentiality and works hard to ensure that it is maintained.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. will disclose the customer’s personal information only with prior permission from the customers. This will be done to conduct business and to market companies’ services, which will improve our services.

CAP SYSTEM  

• There are certain countries, which have a cap system, and hence the cap reached for that year at times determines the approval of Visa/Green Card/Permanent Residence.
• The client distinctly accepts that he has been informed of the general processing time and waiting durations for an application and also that the processing time and waiting durations are dependent solely on the processing convenience of the appraisal body or the visa office.
• There are some countries which follow a cap system. In such cases, the approval of Permanent Residence/Green Card/Visa is at times, determined by the cap limit attained for the specific year.
• Client has to give an undertaking that they will get ready as per the requirements of the immigration authorities. Clients will be registered in advance i.e. before the actual qualification/s is announced to make sure that the cap system is met.
• If the client’s profile is not matching the requirements of the Immigration Department client can choose to transfer to other opportunities.
• BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. is operating in India with its registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal. The Governing Lawof the Government of India or the State Government of West Bengal will govern the validity, interpretation and enforcement of the terms of the contract.

CHARGE BACK:

• Client hereby agrees, will claim refund of their money paid to BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. strictly as per conditions laid down in the agreement.
• Client will authorize BSB International Career Pvt. Ltd. to process the application on their behalf and to contact external agencies for providing quality services to the client irrespective of the result of the application.
• The client hereby agrees and understands the deliverables of the service signed up for, candidates will not claim a chargeback (applicable only for Card Payments).
