Structured Interview process is followed;
Step-1 –Positions will be advertised on different Job portals, newspapers as well as the current openings will be posted in our website based on available vacancies and needs and demands of the jobs in sales and marketing.The HR department will take care of the recruitment procedure.
Step-2 Interested candidates have to respond to all the questions provided and complete the Internal job opening questionnaire form for each vacant position. Its mandatory to answer the questions in order to be eligible for the selection process.Without candidates responses no correspondence for job application will be entertained for job.
Step-3 The HR department will screen and shortlist applications and resumes prior to scheduling interviews for job.
Step-4 Telephonic rounds will be conducted to assess the applications for next round of interview.
Step-5 If found suitable initial face to face interviews will be conducted by the HR department and the Branch Manager.
Step-6 After the team completes the interview process, the application and resumes of shortlisted candidates will be forwarded to the management for further review.Management accordingly if feels can conduct another interview round before the final selection and will take the final decision for hiring the best resource.
Step-7 The HR department will notify selected candidates about the position of their application for jobs.
Step-8 After a decision is taken to recruit the final candidate for jobs, an offer will be made to the candidate considering reports of reference checks and background checks are satisfactory.The HR department will check references for all candidates and finally contact candidates & notify the candidate to confirm the job offer.
Step-9. Once the candidate accepts the job offer, joining date is given to the candidate.
